The 4th XI was new in 2023, playing home matches at Great Hollands. The team is open to any player 13 years old and upwards. We are looking for this team to provide a range of functions for the club:
- A development pathway for young cricketers new to league cricket
- A safe, social and welcoming environment for young players to develop and progress into other teams
- An environment for adult cricketers to maintain and enjoy playing competitive cricket
For 2025, the 3rd and 4th XI will be fielding sides of relatively equal ability, due to being in the same level of the TVL. Rich Hester is the 2025 captain, and he welcomes any conversations about the team.
