Match report After winning the toss, Crows went in to bat and soon the runs were flowing with a lightning fast outfield in all directions. A huge partnership from Dave Shaw (68) and Mike Brundish (92) formed the bulk of the innings but with everyone else weighing in, a total of 240 looked promising at tea.

Good opening spell from Anand and Dylan made us realise that it was going to be hard to keep runs down and at drinks Twyford and Ruscombe were well on track at 121-2 after 20 overs. Wickets from Amor and O'Loughlin and tight bowling from Taylor allowed the rate to creep up and the key wicket of Teal fell to Anand in his second spell. With some strong words to the fielders to keep throwing themselves on the line, the Twyford batters just couldn't stop the rate rising and they ended 20 runs short with Miller left agonisingly close on 96*.

A match played in great spirit and a real advert for Sunday cricket. Well done all.
