Talisman Aran Long took 2 wickets as Ravi Godbole claimed 3 to limit Earley to 157. In response, skipper Finucane and fellow opener Andy Baines blunted the new ball attack with 19 and 20 respectively. Whilst Rob Crook (29) and Godbole (25) made further significant inroads into the target. Chris Winch played the role of finisher with 21* as he and Rich Hester got the Crows over the line.

An upbeat skipper Dan Finucane told the waiting hacks: "This is never an easy place to come and win so we are delighted to end up victorious. Our veteran bowlers showed the way and then everyone chipped in with the bat as has been the case so far this season."
