Match report What a beautiful afternoon until it wasn't!

A 1hrs drive seemed worth, an idylic setting a golf course down one side of the ground trees the other. The only bizzare option being a road which if you hit it is four but must clear it for a six.

The wicket was hard and the outfield short. Time for a bowl declared skip as there was a risk of rain on his way out for the toss, before trudging back to declare that we were batting.

With the batting nightmare from the previous week fresh in the memory losing Nikunj in the first over (after a breezy 6) seemed like a natural continuation. However 20 overs, 25 fours and 1 six later rain stopped play with the Crows on 134 for 2 off 21.4.

But not before Nick had run himself out going for a cheeky 2 (Authors note: if Frey Bentos had actually run and not waited it would have been fine - that hesitation cost me ;), don't anyone mention that it was a misfield ... )
