Match report Crows crash to defeat in top of the table battle

On a green wicket, crows won the toss and elected to field.

Good bowling spells from Azza, JC and Bainsey surrounded the skippers expensive 2 wicket spell. JC ending with 3 for 18 off 10. Innings ended by Dave "The Destroyer" McQuitty , taking 3 for 1 in ten balls with his devilish loopy bowling.
Team bowled and field well on the whole, but 4 drops would come to haunt us.

After Bernard's tea crows strode out to chase 99 off 49 overs for victory.

Things started to go wrong from the start, when the skipper turned all Barry Chuckle to run out "The Destroyer". Wickets then fell regularly and run scoring proved difficult against accurate bowling. Only Bainsey (15) and Seano (11) reached double figures.
