Match report The cows were cleared off the Great Hollands pasture and the two teams set out to play. Falkland won the toss and sent crows in.

Crows Innings a mix of whacks and quacks. Bernard top scoring with 34 , Dan P getting 32 and Mickey scoring 15. The duck quacked loud for Foxy, Bo and Ben

144 all out off 43.3 overs, not a bad effort on a soft wicket and an outfield good for grazing.

After tea crows took to the field to skittle a team of 8, mostly kids, how hard could that be?

Monty bowled superbly, ending with 3 for 15 off 10. But the old pairing of skipper and keeper dug in and put on worrying runs.

Finally Falkland's skipper was removed by Bernard. Proving that when things get worrying a skipper should always turn to a slow bowler.

JC then came back onto get the wicketkeeper for a well hit 46 and removing the last wicket.

Crows win,but it was a hard slog to get there
