Match report CROWS CRASH TO CRUSHING DEFEAT IN CLUETT CAPTAINCY CATASTROPHE

Crwos Sunday Team suffered their second successive defeat at the hands of touring team Lisvane from Cardiff, is it.

With a sun-baked ground and bumper crowd in attendance, the scene was set for a perfect day of cricket.

Mike Chalmers gor the Crows Boyo's to a good start with a couple of early wickets. There's Lovely, isn't it. Skipper Ant Cluett took two smart catches at point to help cluett.

With Mitchell and Price at the wicket, Crows started to Leek runs but the partnership was broken when Partridge send down a quicker one and Price paid the Price by chopping on to his stumps.

Mehta strode confidently to the crease but had his stumps demolished first ball by Partridge. 240mile round trip for a first baller!

Tim Garrett put the brakes on at the other end as the Crows looked to get back on top. Garret picked up a coupel of wickets with "Uncle" Mikey Chalmers and Tim Leach both holding onto tough catches in front of the baying masses on "The Hill"

Crows Called on "The Ant-hill Mob" to clean up the tail. Skipper Ant Cluett took 1 and so did Ant Avrili with his new Partridge-inspired Quicker ball.

Lisvane ended on 171all out. They bizarrly were allowed 12 batsmen and number 12 came to the crease. He promptly spooned up the simplest of all simple chances to the usually reliable Avrili - who inexplicably spilled the ball much to the disgust of his skipper and the amusement of his teammates.
