2013 ANNUAL DINNER AND AWARDS NIGHT - 1/11/13

We are delighted to announce details of the 2013 Annual Dinner and Awards Night:

Date:  FRIDAY 1st NOVEMBER
Location: WELLINGTON COLLEGE, CROWTHORNE
Cost: £15 per head.  Plus Cash bar
Details: We will have a buffet style dinner with bar availabile plus awards, speeches etc.
Dress Code:  Smart Casual
Invited:  All current players, past players, PARTNERS and anyone else associated with the club including those "casual members" who may have only played a few games for the club.


After another great year on and off thie pitch, we are really hoping that with the above format and cost structure we can attract as many people as possible to this event. Please make a special effort to attend what will be the biggest social event  in the clubs history.
 
We will send further details in the next few weeks.  It would be great if as many people as possible can confirm ASAP by reply to this email so we know the rough numbers to tell Wellington.   We've priced this in a way to attract as many people as possible. Also there's plenty of time to arange lift sharing, baby sitters etc.

As ever these events cause lots of work for those organising, so the quicker you reply the easier our job becomes. Also the more support these events get , the more inclined people are to help organise good things in the future.
