It is in everyones interest that the club keeps attracting new players, and it is the responsibility of every member to try and recruit new members to the club.
Every year Dan and I do everything we can using different medias to try and bring people on board, with varying degrees of success.
We will have to replace some players for next season, with H off travelling, Dave may have a new job and I will be taking a years sabbatical with the birth of child number 2.
Hopefully I have managed to sign up an old friend for next year, just dropped him an email on the off chance and he seems up for it. Thats how easy it can be! So I do not care what tactic you employ but do absolutley everything you can and try and get some new blood down the club! It does not matter if they are any good or not.
Brendon has contacted his works team to see if any of them are interested, I am currently working on another parent whose son attends swimming lessons with my daughter. Even if the intended victim has said no on many occasions, be relentless, do not give up.
Some of you guys work at big companies, there must be more players out there!
