Winter Football - Regular Players needed
Dear all,
As you are probably aware, the club runs Winter Football on Monday nights at Edgbarrow School. (7.45-8.45). It's a bit of fun and a chance to keep* fit over the winter
As we've lost a couple of regulars to University and Retirement, we are on the lookout for some fresh talent into the ranks.
It's normally 5,6,or 7-a-side and just Friendly matches between ourselves. It's been running for a few years now and has not only raised some funds for the club, but also kept people together in the winter.
The invitation is open to all (adult members, older youth members, youth parents, friends etc.) and fitness and ability are no barrier - Bo plays for example! ;-)
If you are interested or know anyone that might be, in playing regularly or occasionally, please let Rich Hester know. Also you can simply add you availability through the website as you would for a Cricket Match (selection/conformation is done the same for football as we do for Cricket)
