Nets Tuesday 3 July and Club day Sunday 22 July

01 Jul 2018

Hi all

Following England's success in the World Cup and getting out of the group games, there will be no nets this Tuesday night (2 July).

Nets will resume as usual next week (9 July), where we will be using the nets further up the field by the Pink Pavilion. Parking is available behind the pink pavilion.

To offset the disappointment of no nets, we’ll will be showing the England game on Tuesday night at St Sebastian's, bar opens at 6.30pm, so look forward to seeing you there.

Sunday 22 July is Club Day, which is a family day involving both the junior and adult sections. As previous years there will be BBQ, bouncy castle and various games. The day will start at 10.30am for the youth, which will be a series of games and hopefully involve the mums and dads as well!

We'll shortly being issuing a separate email asking for availability, please reply asap so we can then finalise the games.

The day is all about everybody enjoying a great family day, but also it is one of the club’s big fundraisers. Our plan is to install cricket nets at St Sebastian’s for next season so we improve the practice facilities for all.

So, any donations for prizes in a raffle, beer/drinks, cakes, lunch, etc would be greatly appreciated, please either drop me an email or on the next few Friday nights there will be a board on the bar where you can write down anything you can provide.

We'll provide some more information closer to the day, but any questions please drop me an email or give me a call 07453 291540

Regards

Jason
