  • Thamindu "Tham" Wedatilake
  • Fine opening bat and our resident doctor, Tham was part of a group of Sri Lankan's who joined us from Warfield and is the sole remaining member of that group.
    Due to the job, he rarely played last season but is hoping to be around more for the merged club. A fine player and clubman, Tham's links to fellow Sri Lankan's has gained us some very decent players in recent times. Likes to stand at short leg and rabbit constantly to the batsman in his own unique style ( they don't understand a word!)
    Former 1s captain who led CW to the Div 1 title 3 years ago, Tham will be a valuable player in the quest for the same this year.
    Has annoyingly deleted his Facebook account so I can't steal a picture of him...
    Worked at Oxford Utd in a medical role (not anymore!). Tut Tut...
